Chen Xisheng

Ms. Chen Xisheng, 62, lived in Hengnan County, Hunan Province. She caught many diseases before. After she practiced Falun Gong, she recovered  miraculously. After July 20, 1999, she was detained in a detention center for more than 60 days for appealling on behalf of Falun Gong.  Her older daughter, younger daughter and son-in-law were detained for half year for appealling for Falun Gong. Her son was sentenced to three years of forced labor, which was extended for half year. Her daughter-in-law was also detained. Her home was frequently searhced. She was threatened.  Under the long-term high pressure, she was devastated both mentally and physically. She developed mental abnormality and passed away on the afternoon of October 27, 2003.
