Case Description:
Dafa practitioner Mr. Huang Ke from Wanghua District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province was illegally arrested in late June 2003. The perpetrators are police from the Guangming Police Station in Wanghua District. Mr. Huang was detained at the No. 1 Detention Center in Fushun City and was tortured to death on July 3rd, only ten days after his arrest.
