Fuyu Forced Labor Camp
Case Description:
Falun Dafa practitioner, Mr. Fu Zhiyu, from Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, was illegally arrested in July 2001 by the Tiefeng Police Substation in Qiqihar City and was wrongfully sentenced to a three-year term of re-education through forced labor. On February 1, 2002, Mr. Fu passed away due to the cruel persecution inflicted by the Fuyu County Forced Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province.
