Rehe Road Police Substation
Case Description:
Liu Jiming, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Qingdao City, Shandong Province, was killed by the police on August 25, 2002. Before she died, the 61-year-old woman was savagely tortured by the policemen from Rehe Road Police Substation. After she went on a hunger strike, she was jailed in an iron cage for several days. The Rehe Road Police Substation notified Liu's family that she had died around 2:30 in the morning.
