Case Description:
Yuan Zhongyu was 45 years old when he died in early August 2000. He lived in Jiubao, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. In 2000, a fellow practitioner's family member reported him when he was in the fellow practitioner's home and going to go out to clarify the truth. He was brutally tortured to death by thugs from Anshan City Police Department Division One.
