Mr. Quan Xueyin lived in the 11th Village in Changle Town, Pengxi County, Suining City, Sichuan Province. He was repeatedly persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party. As a result, his lungs became infected and he could not work in his fields. On March 8, 2009, he passed away at the age of 39.
