Case Description:
Mr. Su Guohua, 73, lived in Liujiayuan Village, Yihezhuang Township, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. The Metropolitan Public Security Bureau's First Division, which is the 610 Office, and the local Judicial Department arrested him many times.
