Case Description:
On March 24, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Qi Lanying from Longhua County, Hebei Province was arrested when posting truth-clarifying banners, and was tortured in the County Detention Center until her life was in danger. Police kept going to her house to harass her and tried to extort money. She died in November 2005.
