Case Description:
Ms. Liu Cuiying was a sixty year-old Falun Dafa disciple from Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. She started practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. After July 20, 1999, she traveled to Beijing City four times to appeal and to clarify the truth. She was arrested four times by the police from the Weidong District Department in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. Liu Cuiying had a healthy body, but during the last illegal detention, she was tortured to the point of paralysis in her hands and legs and became bedridden. She passed away on September 29, 2005.
