Case Description:
Mr. Ni Wenkui, 42, was an employee of the No. 6 Oil Extraction and Manufacturing Company in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, and a Falun Dafa practitioner. He was in poor health ever since he was released from Daqing Prison at the end of 2005. In the last ten months of his life, he was in a vegetative state and could not take care of himself. Mr. Ni died at around 3:00 p.m. on November 12, 2007.
