1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] The Persecution of Ms. Wang Aihua at the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison

Ms. Wang Aihua was arrested and taken to the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison Sixth Ward in July 2008. Guard Yan Yuhua saw Ms. Wang erecting her palm [sending forth righteous thoughts], and then ordered inmate Fei Enrong and others to torture her ruthlessly many times with the "constraining belts" torture (see http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2006/8/24/77221.html for illustration of this torture). These abusers threatened Ms. Wang that they would intensify the abuse should she expose it. But Ms. Wang found an opportunity and told her family about all this, which provoked retaliation from Fei Enrong.

2. [Taiqian County, Henan Province] Three Practitioners and One Non-practitioner Arrested

Practitioners Mr. Wang Chuanshen and Mr. Wang Chuanliu and a female practitioner, as well as non-practitioner Mr. Wang Zuokun, are from Mengzhuang Village, Houmiao Town. Agents from the Houmiao Town Police Station, the Taiqian County 610 Office and the State Security Bureau arrested them on November 17, 2009 and took them to the Taiqian County Detention Center.

3. [Chongqing] Mr. Fu Guangzhu Secretly Arrested

Mr. Fu Guangzhu is an employee of the Shapingba's Xipeng Power Factory. Someone called him around 11:00 p.m. on October 12, 2009 and lied to him, telling him to go to the factory to work overtime. He was illegally arrested after he left home. The police broke into his home in the middle of the night, did not present any documents and ransacked his home. Mr. Fu's wife and child were terrified. The police took two copies of Falun Gong books. Mr. Fu is currently in the Jiulongpo District Detention Center.

Ms. Xin left home at around 9:00 a.m. on November 22, 2009. When she was speaking with a passerby about Falun Gong she was reported. 610 Office agents arrested her. When she had not returned home at noon, her family members looked for her everywhere and learned of her arrest.

7. [Hubei Province] Mr. Zhou Xikun and Ms. Yu Kun Detained

Mr. Zhou Xikun and Ms. Yu Kun went to Yanjiang Village, Huashan Town to speak with people about Falun Gong and the persecution on the morning of October 17, 2009. They were reported and taken into custody at the Huashan Town Police Station. Mr. Zhou was detained at the Hongshan District Detention Center that same night, and Ms. Yu was locked up in the Wuhan Women's Detention Center.

Huashan Town Police Station officer Shi Xuerong and eight others broke into Mr. Zhou's home (Room 402 Block 30, the Third Zone at Wuhan University) at 2:00 p.m. on October 20. They took Falun Gong informational materials. At around 2:40 p.m., police officer Shi Xuerong and two others watched Mr. Zhou's wife and son at his home, while the rest of the officers went to the Wuhan University Computer Center where Mr. Zhou was on duty. They pried open a cabinet, took Mr. Zhou's bank book, pay card, 5,800 yuan in cash, and all informational materials about Falun Gong.

Without their families being informed, Mr. Zhou was sent to the Huangpo District Detention Center in Wuhan City, while Ms. Yu was sent to the Wuhan City Women's Detention Center on October 30, 2009.

8. [Shaanxi Province] Xianyang Practitioners Recently Persecuted

Ms. Li Ying'e is an employee of Xianyang City State Taxation Bureau. Officials from the Xianyang City Labor Camp Committee, Domestic Security Division, and 610 Office collaborated with Ms. Li's workplace officials. They called her non-practitioner husband on the phone, intimidating him into sending her to a brainwashing facility; if he refused to comply, he would be fired from his job. Ms. Li has an 80-year-old mother, and a three-month-old granddaughter, and her husband is a liver transplant patient.

Mr. Meng Yinlu from Xianyang City was arrested and taken to the Xianyang City Brainwashing Center.

9. [Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Practitioners in the Yingchun Area

Ms. Ding Junhua, Ms. Zou Jixiu, Ms. Luan Zhujun and Ms. Ouyang Huizhi from the Yingchun Area distributed information about Falun Gong in No. 852 Farm during the evening of November 19, 2009. No. 852 Farm Police Department officers arrested them.

Ms. Ouyang escaped from the No. 852 Farm Police Department with the power of her righteous thoughts at noon on November 20. The farm's police chief led several officers to ransack Ms. Ouyang's home at around 5:00 p.m. and took Falun Gong books. The farm's 610 Office head Sun Shanfa and others went to Ms. Ouyang's home and forcibly took her away between 11:00 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on November 22, 2009.

No. 852 Farm Police Department officers arrested seven practitioners from their homes at the farm in August 2009. They were taken to the Hongxinglong Agriculture Administrative Bureau and have been detained since.

10. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Elderly Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yuzhen Arrested Again

Officers from the Zhengyang Street Police Station in the Chengyang District arrested Ms. Zhang Yuzhen from Dazhou Village, Chengyang District on November 21, 2009. They ransacked her home at 4:00 p.m., and took Falun Gong books and other items. It was the second arrest of the elderly practitioner since March 2009.

11. [Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Guo Enlan Recently Arrested

Domestic Security Division officer Gao Yusheng led four plainclothes police officers and arrested Ms. Guo Enlan from the Jiayuan Residential District at 4:00 p.m. on November 7, 2009. They also arrested a female practitioner as she repaired her printer in Computer City; a plainclothes police officer followed her there.

12. [Heyuan, Guangdong Province] Ms. He Meiling's Detention Exceeds Three Months Already

Ms. He Meiling from Heyuan City accompanied family members of Ms. Huang Yuying, who was arrested at an earlier time, to demand her release. Officials from the Boluo County Police Department, Huizhou City arrested Ms. He. She has been detained for over three months.

13. [Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Li Shuiqing Arrested and Extorted of 4,000 Yuan

Ms. Li Shuiqing, 62, is retired from the former Jiujiang Cotton No.2 Factory Textile Workshop. Officers from the Jiujiang Police Department and from the Lushan District Police Department arrested her while she participated in a group Fa study with other practitioners on August 20, 2009. They ransacked her home later on and held her in the Jiujiang City Detention Center for three months. They did not release her until they extorted 4,000 yuan from her family on November 20, 2009.

14. [Zezhou County, Shanxi Province] Mr. Wei Congnai Faces Trial

Elderly practitioner Mr. Wei Congnai from Zezhou County was reported when distributing information about Falun Gong on July 25, 2009. The police arrested him and ransacked his home. He was held at the Jincheng City Detention Center and is currently in the Zezhou County Detention Center. It was learned that Mr. Wei will soon be tried.
