(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 17 cities or counties in 8 provinces. According to this report, 11 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 18 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Yushu City, Lilin Province] Ms. Cui Zhanyun Dies after Injection of Unknown Drugs and Torture
Ms. Cui Zhanyun, 69, was arrested by Qili and other officers from the Domestic Security Division on September 9, 2014. She was taken to a detention center first and then transferred to the Yushu City Brainwashing Center three days later. She was finally transferred to the Changchun Brainwashing Center on September 15.
Ms. Cui was injected with unknown drugs when she was incarcerated in the Yushu City Brainwashing Center. She was then tortured in the Changchun Brainwashing Center, before she was sent home. Ms. Cui passed away on November 2, 2014.
2. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Mr. Han Yaochun and His Wife Ms. Han Tierong Arrested
Zhao Mingfeng, head of the 610 Office; Li Yinqing, head of the Domestic Security Divisionl and a dozen officers broke into Mr. Han Yaochun's home. They arrested Mr. Han and his wife, Ms. Han Tierong. The officers searched their home and took a portrait of the founder of Falun Gong and cell phones. The couple was taken to the police station. Ms. Han was later taken home by the family. Mr. Han managed to escape.
3. [Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Mr. Zhu Zuoliang, Mr. Qian Endi, and Mr. Qian Mingfen's wife were arrested on October 13, 2014. They are being held in the Jinhua City Detention Center.

4. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Cui Donglan Detained
Ms. Cui Donglan was arrested in mid-March 2014. She is being held in the Zengcheng Detention Center.
5. [Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Ning Qin Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Ning Qin was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison around November 10, 2014.
6. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Chuanju Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Wang Chuanju was sentenced to four years in prison by the Junan County Court.
7. [Faku County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Xiutian Arrested
Officers led by Liu Zongping, director of the Mengjia Town Police Station, broke into Ms. Li Xiutian's home and arrested her on the morning of November 18, 2014.

8. [Tianjin] Ms. Jia Shuqin and Ms. Wang Xiuyun Arrested
Ms. Jia Shuqin and Ms. Wang Xiuyun from Dawangguzhuang Town were arrested on November 14, 2014, for telling people about Falun Gong. They were taken to the Dawangguzhuang Town Police Station and released that night.
9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qian Youyun and Ms. Tan Ziying Arrested
Ms. Qian Youyun was arrested on November 6, 2014. She was taken to the Erzhigou Women's Re-education Center and held for 15 days.
Ms. Tan Ziying was arrested for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. She was also held in the Women's Re-education Center.
10. [Helong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Fan Guirong Arrested
Ms. Fan Guirong, a nurse at the Workers' Hospital, Bajiazi Forestry Bureau, was arrested by Zhao Baolin, director of the Hebei Police Station, and taken to the Yanji Brainwashing Center on November 18, 2014.

11. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Anlin Arrested
Ms. Wang Anlin was arrested by an officer from the Huayuan Road Police Station on November 15, 2014, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials.
12. [Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Huang Chengjiang Arrested
Mr. Huang Chengjiang from Sanjia Village, Xianrendong Town, was arrested on November 18, 2014.
13. [Pingtan County, Fujian Province] Ms. Qiu Shanmei Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Qiu Shanmei was sentenced to three and a half years in prison in the Pingtan County Court.
14. [Xinxiang City, Henan Province] Ms. Pan Yinjuan Arrested
Ms. Pan Yinjuan, 52, supervising nurse at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, was arrested at work by officers from the Hongmen Police Station on the afternoon of November 3, 2014. She was detained for 15 days and then taken to the police station on November 18.

15. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Jiao Lili and Five Other Practitioners Detained
Ms. Jiao Lili, Ms Wang Yurong, Ms. Meng Yurong, Ms. Du Shuzhen, Ms. Tu Yuchun, and Ms. Dong Guohong are being held in the Lanzhou No. 1 Detention Center.

16. [Suning County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Xingwei Detained
Ms. Yang Xingwei was recently arrested at the Suning County Train Station. She is being held in the Cangzhou City Detention Center.
17. [Ankang City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Du Fengying and Ms. Zhong Yulan Arrested
Ms. Ren Yanrong, Ms. Du Fengying, and Ms. Zhong Yulan went to Ziyang County to distribute Falun Gong informational materials. Ms. Du and Ms. Zhong were arrested. Both practitioners were held for 15 days of detention.
