(Minghui.org) Two practitioners in Suining City, Sichuan Province were illegally arrested in March 2014, while they were clarifying the truth about the practice. The police let them go home after detaining them for only one hour. Before he sent them home an officer said, “Because someone called to report you, we had to respond. We don’t want to keep you here, so please hurry up and go home. We'd rather do the right thing and help you.”

A Child Weeps

An elderly practitioner from Suining City was arrested one day in March while she was telling people the facts about Falun Gong. While she was at the police station, she saw a couple of young boys who had been detained for petty theft. One officer told a boy to curse Falun Gong. Scared, he reluctantly began to mumble some curse words. Annoyed, the officer began to verbally attack the boy, and even threatened to beat him. The practitioner stepped forward to stop the officer, asking him to treat people with dignity. Moved by her kind gesture, the boy became silent.

The practitioner asked the boy, “My child, have you had anything to eat? Are you hungry? Are you cold?” With tears in his eyes, the boy asked, “Why do I have to curse Falun Gong? Why?” He squatted down and began to cry loudly. Deeply touched, the officer gave the practitioner a thumbs up, and said, “Madame, please have a seat. I will bring you some water.”

Sympathetic Police Officers

That afternoon, the police sent the practitioner to a drug rehab center. On the way there the practitioner kept talking about how people benefit after doing the right thing, but many suffer tragedy after knowingly harming innocent people. She told them about 610 Office head Li Dongsheng’s demise, and how Li’s boss Zhou Yongkang and Zhou’s family are under investigation. She also mentioned that a large number of corrupt officials are moving their families and money overseas. She talked about the unstoppable “Quit the Party” movement, and told them that the Communist Party is all but finished. It's no secret that the Chinese people hate the Party. She advised the officers not to become victims of the Party’s evil crimes, and that they should safeguard their families’ futures. The officers silently listened to her.

When they finally arrived at the center, an officer whispered to the practitioner, “I understand what you've told us. I learned so much from you. It’s better than what I learned in ten years of school.”

Drug Addicts Wake Up

In the rehab center the practitioner refused to stand in line or answer the guards' calls, and she refused to wear the prison uniform. She kept talking to people about the persecution and saving people. Fooled by the Party’s lies, the drug addicts thought the practitioner was dangerous, and did not allow her to touch their belongings. After being around her for a couple of days they began to relax, and decided that they liked her. They realized that she was a person with compassion, and completely different from what the official media said. They listened to her and accepted what she said.

The day the practitioner was released, the drug addicts were very sad as they watched her leave. Suddenly a woman said in a loud voice, “Please do your best and continue practicing. When we come out, we want you to teach us too.”
