(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 25 cities or counties in 13 provinces. According to this report, 14 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 76 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

Thirteen practitioners have been arrested by officers from the Ongniud Banner Police Department in Chifeng City since October 26, 2015. They were all detained for seven days. The arrested practitioners include Ms. Jiang Fang, Ms. Han Deyun, Ms. Hu Ruizhi, Ms. Wang Guirong, Mr. Zhao Guicun, Mr. Kong Xiangrong, Mr. Li Xudong, Ms. Wang Cuihua, Ms. Liu Ziying, Ms. Bao Cailing, Ms. Zhai Suqin, and Ms. Jiang Guizhi.

Mr. Jiang Guangrong, Ms. Qiu Fuxiu, and Ms. Zou Yaoyun were arrested by officers from the Huangtupu Town Police Station and Township on November 6, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are all being detained at Qidong County Detention Center.

Ms. Cao Caixia and Ms. Zhou Fan were arrested on November 3, 2015, for distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs. The police confiscated their Falun Gong books, DVDs, and computers. They are being detained at the Yiyang City No. 2 Detention Center.

Ms. Hu Yanfang, Ms. Li Taozhi, and Ms. Yu Lamei were recently tried and sentenced to two or three years in prison by the court in Donghu Advanced and New Technology Developing District.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Tieshi and His Mother Arrested
Mr. Liu Tieshi and his mother were arrested at home by officers from the Lixiang Police Station on November 1, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator. The police confiscated their computers and Falun Gong books. Mr. Liu is being detained at the Dongling District Detention Center.

7. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Meng Xin, Ms. Sun Zhonglan, and Ms. Li Yueying were arrested on November 5, 2015, by officers including Wang Qizhong from the Yicheng District 610 Office.
8. [Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province] Ms. Liu Liru Detained
Ms. Liu Liru was arrested by officers from Chengnan Police Department and Huxi Police Station on October 29, 2015. She is being detained at Yanhu District Detention Center.

9. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Mr. Tang Qian Persecuted
Mr. Tang Qian was arrested by officers from the Zhengxiang District Domestic Security Division and 610 Office on September 25, 2015. The police confiscated his computers, printers, Falun Gong books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and other personal belongings.
Mr. Tang was detained at the Hengyang City Detention Center for 34 days, then transferred to a brainwashing center on October 29, 2015. He was released on November 4, and since then he has been subject to “residential surveillance.”

10. [Yunfu City, Guangdong Province] Seventeen Practitioners Arrested
Seventeen practitioners were arrested by officers from local police stations and residential administrative offices in Yunfu City on October 5, 2015. The police also ransacked their homes.
The arrested practitioners included Mr. Lai Zhenxian, Ms. Li Shaozhen and her husband, Mr. Ruan Guihuan, Ms. Ou Suhong, Ms. Luo Jidi, Mr. Xu Shuxin, Ms. Zhou Changfeng and his wife, Ms. Zhou Lian, Ms. Huang Qingmei and her husband, Ms. Lin Jinghong, Mr. Lai Jiawen, Mr. Chen Shuishi and his wife, and Ms. Xian Jiemei.
Ms. Zhou Lian, Ms. Zhou Changfeng, and Ms. Xian Jiemei were released after failing the physical examination. All others were detained at the Yunfu City Detention Center for 10 to 15 days.
11. [Pingdingshan, Henan Province] Ms. Ji Jinniu and Ms. Sun Wenying Sentenced
Ms. Ji Jinniu, 66, and Ms. Sun Wenying were arrested by officers from the Guangminglu Police Station on May 14, 2014. The police ransacked their homes. Officers at the Pingdingshan Detention Center refused to accept them because they failed the physical examination. They were later released.
Ms. Ji and Ms. Sun were each sentenced to four-year prison terms in November 2014. Ms. Sun is being detained at Xinxiang Women’s Prison in Henan Province. Ms. Ji was released because she again failed the physical exam. She has since been put under residential surveillance.
12. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Nine Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Zhou Qingchuan and Ms. Zhou Qingfang were arrested by officers from the Laiyang City Domestic Security Division and 610 Office on October 26, 2015. The police ransacked their home. They are being detained at the Laiyang City Detention Center.
Mr. Jiang Yuguang and Ms. Zhuang Jinghui were arrested on November 3 and 5, 2015, respectively.
Five practitioners, including Ms. Wang Cuishan and her husband, Ms. Fu Chunling, Ms. Han Zhen, and Ms. Bao Lianxiang, were arrested by officers from the Laiyang Domestic Security and 610 Office and Tuanwang Police Station on November 6, 2015.

Ms. Zhang Lifeng was arrested by officers from the Zhennan Police Station in Kangping County on November 5, 2015. Two computers were confiscated.
Ms. Meng Deyun and Ms. Zhao Shuzhen were arrested by officers from the Zhangqiang Police Station on November 6, 2015.

15. [Li County, Hunan Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. He Fuxiu, Ms. Zhou Meifang, and Ms. Zhou Wujie were arrested on November 5, 2015, and taken to a detention center. Ms. He was released after her son had funds extorted from him.
16. [Jiuquan City, Gansu Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Liu Suping, Ms. Liu Ruixian, and Ms. Jia Yanxia were recently arrested by officers from the Jiuquan Domestic Security Division. Ms. Jia was taken to a detention center and then released because she was shaking uncontrollably. The other two are being detained at Jiuquan Detention Center.
17. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhang Jinxia Arrested
Ms. Zhang Jinxia was arrested at work on November 5, 2015. Her home was ransacked by police.

Mr. Yu Zhaohai, recently arrested, is being detained at the Qi County Detention Center.
19. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Li Arrested
Ms. Wang Li was arrested by officers from the Weifang City Police Department in late October 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.
20. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Shuqun and Ms. Yin Xiaoling Arrested
Ms. He Shuqun and Ms. Yin Xiaoling were arrested by officers from the Tianfu Police Station in the Wenjiang District on October 22, 2015, for talking to students from the Wenjiang University of Chinese Medicine about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong and their public transportation cards. They were released that afternoon.
21. [Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wei Dongquan Arrested
Mr. Wei Dongquan was arrested by officers from Liujie Town Police Station on November 4, 2015. The police confiscated computers, printers, informational materials, and other personal belongings.
22. [Qianwei County, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. Dan Shurong and Ms. Mu Zeyun were arrested at home by officers from the Qianwei County 610 Office on October 27, 2015. The police ransacked their homes. They were detained at a detention center and released on November 4.
Ms. Fan Huiying was arrested on November 1, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator, and writing informational letters about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is now in a detention center.

Ms. Li Suling, Ms. Deng Yudi, Ms. Chen Caihong, and Ms. Xu Guiqin are currently being detained at the Rushaolu Detention Center in Shaoguan City.
25. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wen Zhiling and Mr. Wen Zhirong Arrested
Ms. Wen Zhiling and Mr. Wen Zhirong were arrested by officers from the Hongshu Police Station in the Taiping District on November 5, 2015, and taken to a detention center.

Mr. Yang Renfei was arrested by officers from the Xinghua Police Station in the Heping District and Fahaniu Town Police Station on November 6, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator.

28. [Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Cai Qing and Ms. Qi Li Arrested
Mr. Cai Qing and his mother Ms. Qi Li were arrested at home by officers, including Liang Shun from Wujiang Police Department, on November 5, 2015. The police confiscated computers and Falun Gong books. Ms. Qi was released, but Mr. Cai is still being detained.
