Mr. Dang Cunping was arrested by officers from the Yongjing County Criminal Police Division, the police department, and the police station on February 8, 2016. His whereabouts are unknown.

2. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Jingbo Officially Placed Under Arrest
Ms. Xu Jingbo was reported for talking to people about Falun Gong in Siping City on January 30, 2016. She was arrested by officers from the Yingxiong Street Police Station and Domestic Security Division in the Tiexi District. She was taken to the Siping City Detention Center.

3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Five Practitioners Sentenced
Ms. Sun Yajun, Ms. Li Guiqin, Ms. Zhang Xiuxiang, Mr. Liu Yan, and Mr. Qian Yujiu from the Jiutai District were arrested on April 7, 2015. The Jiutai District Court sentenced them to prison on October 27, 2015. Ms. Sun and Ms. Zhang were each sentenced to three and a half years in prison. Mr. Liu, Ms. Li, Mr. Qian were each sentenced to three years in prison. All five appealed, but the court upheld the original verdicts.
The women were taken to the Jilin Women's Prison on February 2, 2016.
4. [Xinxiang City, Henan Province] Mr. Jin Jixin and Wife Ms. Kong Weiqin Sentenced
Mr. Jin Jixin and his wife Ms. Kong Weiqin from Yuanyang County were tried again on January 15, 2016. They were secretly sentenced to eight years in prison. The couple have appealed.
5. [Yongnian County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Changmin's Home Ransacked
Mr. Li Changmin'a home in Louli Village was ransacked by officers from the Tiexi No. 2 Squadron on January 31, 2016. The officers confiscated a computer, over 40 Falun Dafa books, and two reading machines. The officer also arrested Mr. Li's non-practitioner son Mr. Li Jiacheng, who was released after the police extorted 1,500 yuan from the family.
6. [Shanghai] Mr. Bao Shuping Abused in Detention Center
Mr. Bao Shuping from Nanbu County in Sichuan Province was sentenced to three years and three month by the Jinshan District in Shanghai on December 28, 2015. While he was held in the Jinshan District Detention Center, the guards punched and kicked him, poured water down his collar, and stuffed his clothes with ice cubes. They insulted and humiliated him by spitting in his face, smearing toothpaste and ointment on his mouth, strangling him, grabbing his groin, and pulling his beard.

7. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Jia Li Detained
Mr. Jia Li from Xifang Town in Hunyuan County was arrested on January 26, 2016. He was detained for 15 days. He was taken to the Hunyuan County Detention Center on February 10 for an extended term of detention.

8. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lin Xiumei Abused in Prison
Ms. Li Xiumei has been held in the No. 11 Ward in Harbin Women's Prison since early January 2016. She was severally beaten. As a result, she cannot walk or move either of her legs.
9. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Guo Qingwei Arrested
Mr. Guo Qingwei was arrested by officers from the Longkou Development Zone Police Station on the morning of January 27, 2016. He was released that day because of his heart condition and high blood pressure.
