(Minghui.org) I was very excited to be a part of the April 25 parade in Hong Kong. I arrived the day before and wanted to help save people with my earnest and purest heart.

There are still Chinese agents along with Qingguanhui (an organization with Communist ties) slandering Falun Gong and poisoning people's minds. Knowing this, I realized that I needed to study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts more while I was in town.

This was tough to do as delicious food and dazzling merchandise were everywhere, but I stood my ground.

I saw how many stores, shopping centers and restaurants were promoting sales while we were in town. I saw how that could distract us and occupy our time, taking away from eliminating the evil and cleansing other dimensions.

The day of the parade, the sky above Hong Kong was covered with dark clouds, as if evil had gathered there. It began to rain in the morning.

Most of us did not have rain coats. We quietly sent forth righteous thoughts or meditated. Before the rally, the Divine Land Marching Band began to play music so that its enormous energy would clear the sky.

I sent righteous thoughts while marching through the streets of Hong Kong. I pitied those who were deceived by the CCP, who still opposed the Fa of the cosmos.

I hoped that our peaceful parade would awaken their kindness from deep down, so that they could also have a good future.

As I watched their faces, some were clearly excited, as if they had been waiting for this for a long time. Some were surprised, as if they could not believe it was real. Others were perplexed, as if wondering if they were still in Hong Kong, a part of China.

Many people waved at us while we walked in the rain, and cheered us on or took pictures of this memorable moment.

I realized how important it was to let people know about the persecution through this event.

As the end nears, the evil will be more desperate than ever. Dafa practitioners are defying the brutal persecution, and peacefully and rationally making people aware of it. Their selflessness are making an impression on people, slowly but surely.

Hong Kong is a battle ground between righteousness and evil. We should have more such events to help people see the truth.
