Ms. Sun Yingwei from the Yuhong District was arrested when she talked to people about Falun Gong on August 17, 2016. Her home was ransacked.

Mr. Zhuang Youbu was arrested by officers from the Ningde Domestic Security Division in early July 2016.

Ms. Zhou, a teacher, was arrested when she swiped her ID card at the Lichuan City Railway Station ticket checkpoint on August 17, 2016.

Mr. Liu Zhiyu was arrested at home by officers from the Nantai Residential District Polishers Department on August 17, 2016. His computer and other personal items were confiscated.

Ms. Yang Yueliang and Mr. Liu Wenting from Yanshan County were arrested by Shengfo Town Police Station officers when they configured NTDTV programs for others on August 4, 2016. Both practitioners are held in the Yanshan Detention Center.

7. [Laibin City, Guangxi Province] Ms. Lu Lan and Husband Mr. Zhao Jianxue Arrested
Ms. Lu Lan and her husband Mr. Zhao Jianxue from the Laibin City Chinese Medicine Hospital were arrested when they talked to people about Falun Gong during the 2016 New Year. They were held in the Laibin City Detention Center. Mr. Zhao remains in custody at the detention center. Ms. Lu's whereabouts are unknown.

8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zha Qunying Arrested
Ms. Zha Qunying was reported when she distributed Falun Gong informational materials at the Luodai Market. She was arrested by officers from the Luodai Police Station on August 17, 2016.
9. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Mr. Zhao Guangyu, Ms. Zhang Yuxia, and Ms. Han Yufeng from Yongling Town, Xinbin County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, were arrested in Nanjing. Mr. Zhao was taken to the Yuhuatai District Detention Center. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Han were taken to the Nanjing City Detention Center.
10. [Wenshui County, Shanxi Province] Mr. Cheng Weiping and Wife Ms. Fan Meixiang Arrested
Mr. Cheng Weiping and his wife Ms. Fan Meixiang were arrested at home by officers from the Yuci District Police Department in Jinzhong City on the morning of August 18, 2016.

Ms. Jiang Aijun, 60, was arrested by officers from the Ningxiang County 610 Office and personnel from the Zifu Township government on August 16, 2016. She was taken to the Laodaohe Brainwashing Center in Changsha City.

15. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Shang Limin and Another Practitioner Qiaoling Detained
Ms. Shang Limin and another female practitioner Qiaoling, both from Xinzheng City, were spotted by plainclothes officers when they wrote Falun Gong informational messages in public on the morning of August 10, 2016. They were arrested by officers from the Xinhua Road Police Station. Both practitioners were held in the Xinzheng City Detention Center.
16. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Jia Zhijiang Abused in Prison
Mr. Jia Zhijiang from Huailai County was sentenced to five years in prison in the Zhengding County Court in Shijiazhuang City. He was taken to Jidong Prison in Tangshan City in August 2014. He is forced to work 13 hours every day and given only boiled vegetables and two buns to eat. He has to complete assigned tasks every day or face punishment if he does not meet the quota.
17. [Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Gong Gongmin Sentenced to Prison
Mr. Gong Gongmin from Wuyi County was sentenced to one year and nine months in prison on July 14, 2016. He remains in custody at the county detention center.
18. [Zhangye City, Gansu Province] Mr. Guan Zhenlin Sentenced to Prison
Mr. Guan Zhenlin was tried on March 30, 2016, in the Suzhou District Court in Jiuquan City. He was sentenced to six years in prison.
Mr. Guan was arrested by officers from the Jiuquan Domestic Security Division on August 25, 2015. He was held in the Jiuquan Detention Center.

Ms. Zhao Xiuli, 54, from the Zijincheng area in the Tiexi District was arrested at home by officers from the Heping Domestic Security Division and the Taiyuan Street Police Station on August 11, 2016. She is being held in the Zhaohua Detention Center.

Ms. Li Caifeng and Ms. Yin Fuzhen, who worked at the No. 4 Langfang Oil Production Plant, were arrested and taken to the Shijiazhuang Brainwashing Center.

21. [Tianjin] Ms. Fu Shaojuan Sentenced to Prison
It was reported recently that Ms. Fu Shaojuan was sentenced to three years in prison. She was arrested and taken to the Hexi District Detention Center on March 2, 2016.
22. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Song Guixiang Taken to Shandong Women's Prison
Fuan Police Station officers arrested Ms. Song Guixiang again, claiming she needed to have a physical exam, on August 8, 2016. Ms. Song was sentenced to seven years in prison and was on medical parole. She has been taken to the Shandong Women's Prison.
23. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Chen Yinru Detained
Ms. Chen Yinru was arrested by officers from the Fengmen Police Station when she distributed Falun Gong informational materials in the Suzhou Industrial Park on the morning of August 18, 2016. The officers confiscated Falun Gong books, DVDs, printed materials, a printer, and a computer. Ms. Chen has been taken to the Huangdai Detention Center.
