Ms. Yan Huiru and Ms. Lin Shujie from Jiuzhan Township were arrested and taken to the Jiuzhan Police Station by Feng Mingyuan and other officers on the afternoon of May 17, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong informational DVDs to students in the Jilin Agricultural Technology College.

2. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tang Shulian Arrested
Ms. Tang Shulian was arrested by officers from the Development Zone Police Station on May 17, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong in the Guanghan Flower Market. Her home was ransacked. She was released six hours later.
3. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liu Xiuzhen and Ms. Li Arrested
Ms. Liu Xiuzhen and Ms. Li from Huayang Town were arrested by Huayang Police Station officers on the morning of May 18, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked. Both practitioners are now in the police station.
4. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Seventeen Practitioners Arrested
Seventeen practitioners were studying the Falun Gong teachings at Ms. Zhang Hongping's home in Xihu Town, Yingzhou District, on the afternoon of May 17, 2017. Officers from the local SWAT Team broke in and arrested them. Seven elderly practitioners returned home that evening, but 10 were taken to the Fuyang City Detention Center. They are: Ms. Chen Xiuying, Ms. Li Liqun, Mr. Zhang Yi, Ms. Sun Xia, Ms. Liu Shixia, Ms. Zhang Hongping, Mr. Luo Zhenzhong, Mr. Yu Guozhong, Ms. Zhang Zhifang, Ms. Xie Yun, and Mr. Wei Guoliang.

5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Dong Bingsheng and Wife Ms. Zhang Rongrong Arrested
Mr. Dong Bingsheng and his wife Ms. Zhang Rongrong were arrested by Gu Zhiyong and other officers from the Kuiwen District Domestic Security Division on the morning of May 15, 2017. Their home was ransacked. The couple were held in the Liyuan Police Station.
6. [Changyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Yuhua Arrested
Ms. Feng Yuhua from Xinzhao Village, Weizi Town, was arrested and her home ransacked on the morning of May 16, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong in the Shiboji Town farmers market. She was released that evening.
7. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Original Sentences Against Mr. Yang Hunan and Wife Ms. Cui Juan Upheld
Mr. Yang Hunan and his wife Cui Juan were each sentenced to three years in prison in the Xiangcheng District Court. The couple appealed to the intermediate court, which upheld the original sentences.
8. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Jia Changfa Detained
Mr. Jia Changfa from the Shangjie District was arrested by officers from the No. 3 Squadron, Criminal Investigation Team, Xingyang City Police Department, on the morning of May 13, 2017. He was taken to the Xingyang City Detention Center.
9. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Ye Jinyue from Sanmen County was tried on May 18, 2017. Seven practitioners from Xiangshan County were arrested at the courthouse gate that morning. They are: Ms. Xu Meifang, Ms. Wang Juhua, Ms. Zhu Aihua, Ms. Huang Caifeng, Ms. Mei Meiqin, Mr. Zhou Chenghao, and Mr. Zhou Yabao. They were taken to the Xiangshan Police Department that evening. Five were released. Ms. Wang Juhua and Ms. Xu Xiamei remain in custody.
10. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Li Youlin and Ms. Chen Chunyan Taken Into Custody
Mr. Li Youlin and Ms. Chen Chunyan were arrested by Xiaogan Police Station officers on the afternoon of May 19, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong in Xiaogan Town. They are being held in the police station.

11. [Songzi City, Hubei Province] Mr. She Yuanqi Arrested
Mr. She Yuanqi, who works at the Songzi City Maternal and Child Health Care, was arrested at noon on May 16, 2017, for talking to people about Falun Gong. His whereabouts are unknown.
12. [Pucheng County, Fujian Province] Ms. Yang Caiju Arrested
Ms. Yang Caiju, 74, was arrested by patrol officers from the Pucheng County Police Department on the morning of May 19, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong materials. Her whereabouts are unknown.
