(Minghui.org) Two practitioners in our area went to the suburbs to raise awareness of Falun Gong's persecution by the Chinese Communist Party on June 10, 2017. They have done so for some time now and covered many areas.

Under the baking sun, they patiently talk to people regarding the persecution and persuade people to quit the Communist Party and its youth organizations. Once, they were speaking with three girls when a middle-aged man came in and began shouting at them. The practitioners eventually left.

Shortly after, a police car stopped near them. The middle-aged man began shouting again.

“Hey everyone, come look! I called the police and they will be arrested today!” said a woman, stepping out of her house.

Three young policemen emerged from the car. But instead of arresting the practitioners, they confronted the man.

“What is your problem? They’re not criminals. They're not hurting anyone. Why are you gathering a crowd and making such a ruckus?”

The middle-aged man and the woman were dumbfounded. They had been expecting praise and reward instead.

The policemen talked to the practitioners and asked to see their bags.

“We just want to bring people the good news of Falun Gong,” said the practitioners. “You also deserve to know the truth. Do not follow the Communist Party in persecuting Falun Gong.”

The policemen replied, “We know you’re good people. We’re not going to take you away because someone reported you. We just have to go through the routine.”

They checked the bag and let the practitioners go.
